Order a Yealink handset, plug in the network cable, and it registers itself to your Sendbat extension — no config files, no technician.
Every model on this page auto-provisions the same way. The difference is screen size, line count, and whether you want a cord.

Provisioning happens before the box leaves us, so there is nothing to configure when it lands on the desk.
Pick the model that fits the desk and tell us which extension it belongs to. We handle the rest from there.
Every handset is provisioned against your Sendbat account before it is packed, so it already knows who it belongs to.
Connect the network cable and the phone registers itself and pulls its settings. No config, no technician.
The phone fetches its own configuration on first boot. Nobody types a SIP server address, ever.
Handsets arrive already mapped to the right Sendbat extension, caller ID and voicemail box.
One team for the phones and the platform. No handing you off to a hardware vendor when something misbehaves.
Drops straight into the Sendbat phone system you already run — same queues, time frames and call logs.
No. The handset is provisioned against your account before we ship it. On first boot it pulls its own configuration over the network and registers itself. If you can plug in a network cable, you can install it.
Existing Yealink handsets can usually be pointed at Sendbat too, though someone has to do that first-time setup. Talk to sales and we will tell you whether your specific model and firmware can be adopted.
Every model here supports PoE, so a single cable carries both power and network. If your switch does not supply PoE, a power adapter can be supplied instead.
Yes. The phone is tied to the extension, not the location. Unplug it, plug it in somewhere else with internet access, and it comes back up on the same extension.
Contact support and we will work through it with you. Because the configuration lives on our side and not on the device, a replacement handset picks up the same extension as soon as it is plugged in.
Tell us how many handsets you need and which extensions they belong to. We will do the provisioning and ship them out.
